National Pie Week: Spinach & Feta Pie
The marriage of spinach and feta cheese is one made in heaven and we’ve replicated it in the second of our vegetarian options on our pie menu. It has masses of wilted spinach, which are offset by salty crumbled feta, and tangy sundried tomatoes, all encased in our vegetarian shortcrust pastry.
There isn’t much more to say about this pie other than that it’s really warming, and deeply satisfying. It’s worth a try for something a bit different but ticks all the right boxes.
